Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and coach a team of Employee Relations Specialists.
  • •Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee relations case management, including intake, triage, assignments, escalations, and resolution.
  • •Partner with Enterprise Investigations and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Labor Relations, Ethics, and HR leadership for sensitive matters.
  • •Develop and maintain employee relations dashboards and reporting on case volume, aging, outcomes, categories, escalation trends, and root causes.
  • •Develop and maintain employee relations procedures, playbooks, and templates, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • •8+ years of progressive Human Resources or Employee Relations experience.
  • •3+ years managing employee relations programs, investigations, or case management functions.
  • •Experience conducting or overseeing workplace investigations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
