Job Summary

Drive Vanta’s Foundations data platform strategy within the Automation group, partnering with engineering to plan durable roadmap investments. Own the evolution of how Vanta fetches, stores, and uses customer and third-party data at scale, supporting GRC and compliance outcomes. Collaborate across product teams, work with customers on platform requirements, set and track metrics for scalability, queryability, and feature enablement, and serve as the sole PM for the data platform.

•Guide tradeoffs between feature development and platform stability with clear, empathetic direction.

Key Requirements

•Technically sharp in data platform topics including data push/pull, databases and storage, querying, and APIs.
•Be outcome oriented and authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
