Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract and scheduling technicalities, and support schedule variance analysis.
  • •Identify and manage interdependencies and scheduling risks, including utility conflicts and force account delays, and mitigate conflicts to maintain program integrity.
  • •Develop, maintain, and monitor baseline schedules and schedule logic integrity using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6), including schedule recovery and time impact analyses.
  • •Collect, update, and present regular progress reports and schedule updates; develop and assemble data for schedule updating.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, designer of record, third-party stakeholders, and contractors to confirm progress, gather variance explanations, meet milestones, and support contract/change order negotiations and force account adjustments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of related experience.
  • •Experience developing, managing, and updating integrated project schedules for large-scale rail/transit/transportation/heavy civil infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
  • •Demonstrated critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, delay analysis, resource loading, and recovery planning.
  • •Strong track record coordinating schedule inputs and performance reporting across owners, designers, contractors, construction managers, and third-party stakeholders.
