Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across Northeast England, driving growth and aligning with District Leadership and Sales Management.
  • •Deliver annual order intake and revenue targets across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospital customers.
  • •Own sales performance for the patient monitoring portfolio and achieve annual targets across hospital-based customer accounts.
  • •Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
  • •Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans using win/loss analysis and market intelligence.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience selling medical devices (ideally patient monitoring), or a clinical background as a nurse in ICU/OR/critical care or cardiology with a desire to move into health tech sales.
  • •Excellent communication skills to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships.
  • •Drive positive patient impact by sharing expertise.
  • •Hold a full UK driving license.
  • •A standard DBS criminal record check will be required due to working in the healthcare environment.
