Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across Northeast England, driving growth and aligning with District Leadership and Sales Management.
•Deliver annual order intake and revenue targets across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospital customers.
•Own sales performance for the patient monitoring portfolio and achieve annual targets across hospital-based customer accounts.
•Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
•Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans using win/loss analysis and market intelligence.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Previous experience selling medical devices (ideally patient monitoring), or a clinical background as a nurse in ICU/OR/critical care or cardiology with a desire to move into health tech sales.
•Excellent communication skills to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships.
•Drive positive patient impact by sharing expertise.
•Hold a full UK driving license.
•A standard DBS criminal record check will be required due to working in the healthcare environment.
