Join a co-op team working at the intersection of data engineering and generative AI. You’ll prototype and evaluate AI agents, tune prompts, and help identify hallucinations and grounding issues. Learn on modern Databricks infrastructure alongside senior engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in building and testing AI agents to automate internal workflows or improve data retrieval.
•Provide feedback to enhance and optimize agent outputs.
•Experiment with and refine system prompts to improve accuracy and reliability.
•Monitor AI model performance by identifying hallucinations/inconsistencies and suggesting improvements for grounding.
•Collaborate with agile teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and participate in agile ceremonies.

Key Requirements

•Current graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Foundational programming skills in Python and an understanding of SQL.
•Familiarity with AI concepts through coursework or personal projects.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of technical curiosity.
•Eager to learn in a rapidly evolving field and adapt to new tools quickly.
