Incentive Program Specialist

Support the administration, governance, and execution of Commercial Banking incentive plans by partnering with Finance, HR, Legal, and Risk. Analyze financial and business performance metrics, maintain incentive plan documentation and controls, and monitor participant data, performance calculations, and payout processes. Build and manage project plans for annual and ongoing administration, report on incentive outcomes and trends, and identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen governance.
