Job Summary

Own the Premier client relationship and drive retention and growth by developing existing and new relationships. Conduct regular reviews to understand clients’ current and long-term needs, advising on wealth management and related products. Use client relationship management systems and internal sales tools to deliver service and WPB performance, meet KPI objectives, manage qualifying Premier portfolios, and support daily sales activity and branch coaching. Maintain compliance with lending policies and operational risk controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Support achievement of Country AOP and agreed KPI objectives through development of existing and new client relationships
•Build and maintain Premier client relationships through regular needs reviews and advice on products and services
•Use tools, information, and Client Relationship Management data to ensure complete and up-to-date client information and drive WPB performance
•Maintain qualifying Premier client standards in your portfolio and monitor client satisfaction to implement portfolio improvements
•Agree and manage lending facilities within approval authority, manage operational risk using management information, and adhere to selling process and sales quality requirements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Minimum three years of progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience
•Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients and strong technical skills in wealth management
•Valid local regulatory and licensing requirements for wealth management, plus accreditation/qualification as required by HSBCN
