Accounts Receivable Analyst

Ensure timely, accurate billing and manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including resolving billing issues, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining AR aging to prevent past due accounts. Perform daily cash application and bank reconciliations, partner with sales to clarify invoice status, and maintain customer portals. Use data and billing trend analysis to drive process improvements and incorporate AI and automation into the finance workflow.
