Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the client’s primary point of oversight on the ground, sitting above the developer and contractor.
  • •Lead weekly and bi-weekly site visits, chair developer roundtables, and hold the developer and contractor accountable to commitments.
  • •Challenge developer and contractor performance, identify risks early, and pursue acceleration when required.
  • •Protect the critical path with rigour by surfacing blockers and friction points and maintaining inspection readiness across scopes.
  • •Provide bi-weekly site visit reports, roundtable minutes, action logs, and milestone/critical path status updates to keep the client informed and protected.

Key Requirements

  • •15 to 20 years’ total experience in project and construction management.
  • •8+ years delivering data centre projects specifically.
  • •General contractor background strongly preferred, or equivalent direct site experience in a senior delivery role.
  • •Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through construction completion.
  • •Strong critical path management experience, including programme recovery and driving accountability across developer and contractor interfaces.
