Job Summary

Grow Constellation Brands Wine and Spirits in the Napa/North Bay/East Bay region by planning and executing distributor and market-level objectives. Lead sales planning, new product launches, pricing and incentive/trade support, and maintain key distributor relationships. Provide market intelligence, coaching and education for distributor sales teams, and run weekly performance checks plus post-promotional analysis using company tools and category-management/syndicated data.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop distributor business plans, market surveys, competitive pricing surveys, and sales meetings in partnership with State Leads and other Market Development Managers.
•Provide market intelligence and recommendations to State Leads/Directors and assigned accounts, including input into account category leadership strategy.
•Execute new product launches and line extensions, managing business facets such as pricing, revenue management, incentives, and trade support.
•Cultivate distributor relationships, coach distributor sales members on brand priorities and standards, and partner with field/brand marketing on brand health needs.
•Maintain financial records, budgets and forecasts; conduct post-promotional analysis and weekly distributor performance progress checks; ensure required reports and T&E submissions using company tools.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 114,500 - 175,300 annually

•5 years of related wine industry experience.
•Understanding of three-tier distribution system.
•Alcohol & Beverage industry experience preferred.
