Design, coordinate, and deliver highway infrastructure projects across the Middle East region, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in India and the ME to ensure high-quality outputs from concept to completion. Proficient in Civil3D/ACC and familiar with ME design standards; travel for short-term project support (2–3 months) is expected.

Key Responsibilities

•Technical Delivery: Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and reports to ME standards and ensure timely deliverables.
•Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with ME-based teams and maintain communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
•Quality & Compliance: Follow WSP’s systems and ensure health, safety, and quality standards; support audits and corrective actions.
•Team & Development: Work with engineers/technicians; participate in training and professional development; support junior staff.
•Travel: Willingness to travel to the ME region for short-term project support (2–3 months intervals).

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; working towards Chartered Engineer status preferred
•5+ years of experience in highway design, preferably within the ME region
•Familiarity with ME design standards and project delivery practices
•Experience using design software; proficiency in Civil3D and ACC
•Excellent technical, time management, and communication skills
