Job Summary

Own Canva’s GenAI localisation program by aligning cross-functional teams around a shared plan, timeline, and quality goals. Lead program leadership and operations, design evaluation workflows at scale (including human review in Label Studio), and manage external vendors and reviewer capacity. Partner with GenAI evaluation teams to define “good” localisation quality, build dashboards/tooling to surface issues, and translate localisation quality data into actionable recommendations for technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the GenAI localisation program by owning the plan, timeline, and cross-functional alignment.
•Design evaluation operations at scale, including human review pipelines in Label Studio and foundations for automated evals.
•Manage contingent labeller workforce and external vendors, including capacity planning and quality standards.
•Partner with GenAI evaluation teams to define what “good” localisation quality looks like.
•Build dashboards/tooling to track localisation quality, spot patterns in data, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

•Lead program or operations work that thrives in ambiguity and brings order to chaos.
•Have run complex cross-functional programs where success required rallying teams you do not directly manage.
•Be comfortable discussing data and AI concepts (e.g., LLM evaluation, RAG, BLEU, COMET) with technical teams.

•Deliver enterprise AI or transformation programs from 0-to-1 by turning ambiguity into a shipped, repeatable system.
