Job Summary

Join Raytheon’s RF/Microwave Engineering team to design, test, and manufacture compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave ICs, and modules for defense applications. Work onsite in Massachusetts as part of a collaborative team developing analog, RF, and digital components for radar programs such as Global Patriot and Early Warning Systems. Key Responsibilities

•Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements
•Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems and use software to control test equipment and plot results
•Support MMIC and module design teams; conduct integration and test of Digital, Analog, and RF components and modules
•Conduct circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design documentation maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware performance issues
•Collaborate with test technicians, factory personnel, operations managers, other engineers, QA and reliability personnel to ensure successful hardware integration and test

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
•Experience or coursework in RF/microwave, analog, digital electronics, circuit design or analysis, electrical components, electromagnetics

•U.S. citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearance (Secret)
