Job Summary

Support the sales organization in a defined territory by leading technical activities across the full sales cycle for Telco and MSSP customers. Work closely with sales on RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, actively participate in POCs, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners. Build solutions based on customer technical requirements, continuously improve product and competitive knowledge, and confidently present ideas remotely or in person.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, from initial RFIs through RFPs/RFQs as required, including project management and participation in POCs.
•Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into solutions that outperform competitor offerings.
•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in close collaboration with the sales partner.
•Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and evolving threats.
•Position Fortinet solutions to customers both remotely and in person, presenting via whiteboarding, technical materials, technical plans, and discussions.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience working with Telco and MSSP space.
•High aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication, plus network security concepts such as intrusion detection and anti-virus.
•Exceptional skills designing and building networks using routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and firewalls.
•Knowledge of security technologies such as NGFW, Application Delivery, SASE, WAF, ZTNA, and EDR/XDR.
•Technical knowledge of MNO-specific solutions such as CGN, SecGW, WAAP, and GTP-FW, with experience in lab setup/POCs and private/public cloud deployments.
