Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team and supervise onsite MEP construction activities, coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, site engineers and subcontractors
  • •Review, analyze and re-design all MEP drawings and material schedules to control cost and ensure timely project completion
  • •Coordinate all electro-mechanical activities with client, consultant, suppliers and subcontractors; check and prepare variation orders, negotiate with subcontractors and client
  • •Provide interpretations of plans, project scope, detail sheets, and specifications for MEP contractors and engineers to ensure mutual understanding of the project plan
  • •Support technical design briefs, analyze designs, and coordinate with multiple vendors

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical; Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
  • •Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in a similar role; proven experience in Data Center Projects
  • •Experience of working for a construction consultancy in India; degree educated in a relevant construction subject with good technical skills
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to supervise onsite MEP construction activities and coordinate with vendors
  • •Strong technical skills to review MEP specifications and interpret contracts; experience in sustainability/LEED concepts
