  • •Inspire, empower, and develop a diverse group of associates, coaching and mentoring technical data management professionals.
  • •Contribute to the evolution of the UK Data Enablement strategy and roadmap, designing frameworks and collaborating with architectural teams to embed risk principles.
  • •Foster proactive governance and risk leadership by driving adherence to internal policies, data management standards, and regulatory requirements with Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
  • •Represent Data Management interests in UK and enterprise forums, communicating complex concepts to senior leadership and translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
  • •Identify high-impact AI use cases and establish guardrails to ensure ethical and compliant use of data within governance processes.
