Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee quality and workmanship across construction activities for civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
  • •Manage the project QA/QC document set including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and material delivery records.
  • •Develop and maintain inspection and testing standards and oversee testing methods to uphold quality across processes.
  • •Follow QA/QC Plans, approved Method of Statements, approved Test Plans, and approved drawings (ensuring last revisions) and remove superseded documents from site.
  • •Prepare and submit WIRs for construction activities, run inspections with first-submission pass targets, handle corrective actions, and ensure incoming materials are inspected per specifications; raise NCRs when materials are rejected.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in engineering construction.
  • •Experience spanning phases of engineering construction with Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing multidisciplinary operations.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems/standards including ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO; ability to read drawings, specifications, and data sheets.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office plus tools such as AutoCAD and Primavera; ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, with MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and/or Lead Auditor/ASQC ISO 9001 certifications (CQM/CQE).
