Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in information gathering and data collection required by Tax authorities and internal teams.
•Support the Tax Team in daily operations to accomplish tax objectives and ensure timely deliverables.
•Perform ad-hoc tax assignments, including tax research as assigned by Indirect Tax Manager/Senior Manager/Tax Director.
•Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to reconcile revenue, purchase, output VAT/GST and input VAT/GST with financials.
•Define indirect tax requirements for existing and new programs/products and support their implementation in internal systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax Economics/Law, Accounting, Finance or related field (Graduate degree in taxation is a plus)
•Minimum 3-5 years of indirect tax experience in a multinational environment; Big 4/top law firm or in-house experience is a plus
•Solid technical knowledge of indirect taxes (VAT/GST) and ability to adapt to global environments; experience with multi-jurisdictional tax rules is a plus
•Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders to deliver tax objectives
•ERP experience (Oracle) or integration of indirect tax requirements into internal systems is desirable
