Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through cost management services.
  • •Produce and present estimate and cost plans, review and contribute to design and contractor cost estimates, and update cost plans at design milestones.
  • •Manage change orders and reconcile changes to ensure contractor data accuracy; participate in cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Carry out quantity surveying, cost controls, cost audits, valuations, contingency management, and commitment tracking logs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and present monthly cost reports and support final account negotiation, benchmarking, funding data presentations, and value engineering/VE sessions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale, medium/high complexity construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical data center, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or large campus-style developments is preferred.
