Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement workflows and customer deliverables in collaboration with the CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team.
  • •Directly engage with executive stakeholders and frontline users, producing artifacts and trainings to drive product adoption.
  • •Analyze customer needs and feedback to inform product integrity and roadmap discussions with SteerCos and product teams.
  • •Translate first-principles thinking into actionable solutions and implementation plans in mission-critical settings.
  • •Collaborate across functions to ensure high-speed, high-integrity delivery in a founding-stage environment.
