Founding Deployment Strategist to work directly with the CEO and founding team to maximize the impact of an AI platform for public safety. You’ll design workflows, deliver customer-focused outputs, and help shape product strategy through direct engagement with users, executives, and product teams across NYC and the Bay Area. This role blends customer enablement, operational mapping, and hands-on execution at a founding stage.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement workflows and customer deliverables in collaboration with the CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team.
•Directly engage with executive stakeholders and frontline users, producing artifacts and trainings to drive product adoption.
•Analyze customer needs and feedback to inform product integrity and roadmap discussions with SteerCos and product teams.
•Translate first-principles thinking into actionable solutions and implementation plans in mission-critical settings.
•Collaborate across functions to ensure high-speed, high-integrity delivery in a founding-stage environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 195,000 annually
