Senior Technical Engineer overseeing design management for residential, commercial, and warehouse/industrial projects. Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and configure the basic structural components of a building or structure to ensure design quality.
•Review design criteria including geotechnical properties, wind and seismic loads, loads, and fire protection to ensure design adequacy.
•Analyze structural elements to ensure quality of the design and compliance with codes.
•Analyze and review loading plans to ensure compliance with codes and project purpose; determine pressures on components due to environmental factors.
•Coordinate and oversee all onsite material testing, ensure testing meets specs and codes, and produce weekly progress reports; ensure shop drawings and as-built drawings are prepared and submitted on time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering; minimum 8 years of relevant experience, GCC experience is a plus
•Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other design tools for drafting and creating technical drawings; strong knowledge of architectural and engineering principles
•Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards; ability to ensure compliance and quality assurance throughout the design process
•Experience coordinating with designers (architects) to align safe designs with architectural and MEP requirements; ERP/SAP functional skills preferred
•Experience leading and mentoring teams, coordinating material testing, and supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting
