Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a process to generate automated individual school OneTest reports from Salesforce or school-provided spreadsheets.
  • •Provide training to Edify staff on generating and modifying OneTest reports.
  • •Work with country teams to optimize OneTest data collection processes and support teachers in administering OneTest.
  • •Create a user-friendly feedback mechanism and develop follow-up OneTest resources based on school input.
  • •Curate open-source phonics books and coordinate with regional teams to make digital and print lending library selections available to schools.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies for education data.
  • •Familiarity with software that can automate statistical analysis and generate individual reports.
  • •Ability to craft meaningful questions and interpret qualitative data.
  • •Training/teaching experience.
  • •Cross-cultural competence and experience; proficiency in French or Spanish (preferred).
