Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop core features of the Plaud App with a focus on functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
  • •Build, maintain, and optimize software–hardware connectivity and data transmission flows between mobile applications and physical devices, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • •Implement and optimize data interactions across the mobile app, hardware devices, firmware, and backend systems, applying AI-assisted analysis and automation to improve stability and performance.
  • •Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure seamless integration across the system.
  • •Contribute to technical design, code quality, and long-term maintainability of the codebase, while proactively exploring and adopting AI-driven practices to enhance engineering productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Mobile application development experience with strong coding fundamentals and system design across complex features.
  • •Proven experience on iOS, Android, or Flutter-based cross-platform solutions with an understanding of platform constraints.
  • •Experience building software–hardware connectivity and data interaction layers (e.g., BLE, Wi‑Fi, custom device protocols).
  • •Strong debugging, optimization, and maintenance skills for multi-component systems spanning mobile apps, devices, firmware, and backend services.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams and to embrace AI-driven tooling to improve quality and delivery velocity
