Job Summary

Senior Production Engineer (HVAC Discipline) applies in-depth knowledge, experience, and best practices to improve the production discipline within McDermott. They solve complex production problems, lead a disciplined Production Engineer team, and rely on extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas onshore/offshore construction, codes, and standards to guide project execution for onshore and offshore facilities. Strong English communication and leadership are essential for coordinating with multinational project teams.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Guide and ensure discipline production engineer to understand the scope of work, and project schedule.
•Review Work Package and ensure issued base on the fabrication sequence and schedule.
•Develop a work pack index and set priorities and align with project schedule.
•Ensure necessary documentation and compliance with procedural requirements throughout the project phases.
•Review material expediting reports and raise any concerns to find mitigation and solution with involved parties (PMT, Project Engineer, Project SCM, etc.)

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics Engineering
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in oil & gas and/or renewable energy fabrication and construction projects
•Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
•Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas onshore/offshore construction industry
•Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects
