Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and ensure discipline production engineer to understand the scope of work, and project schedule.
  • •Review Work Package and ensure issued base on the fabrication sequence and schedule.
  • •Develop a work pack index and set priorities and align with project schedule.
  • •Ensure necessary documentation and compliance with procedural requirements throughout the project phases.
  • •Review material expediting reports and raise any concerns to find mitigation and solution with involved parties (PMT, Project Engineer, Project SCM, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics Engineering
  • •Minimum of 6 years of experience in oil & gas and/or renewable energy fabrication and construction projects
  • •Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • •Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas onshore/offshore construction industry
  • •Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects
