  • •Develop and manage shipment schedules, adjusting timelines to prevent bottlenecks during high-volume operations.
  • •Review, validate, and authorize shipping/receiving documents (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149, bills of lading, TCMDs, and load plans).
  • •Audit and reconcile movement data in TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, and DPAS; maintain shipping/receiving logs and audit readiness in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • •Prepare analytical daily/weekly movement status reports, analyze performance metrics, and resolve transportation-related discrepancies independently.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of transportation or logistics coordination in an Army contractor or military environment (strongly preferred).
  • •Army turn-in or SSA operations experience (highly desirable).
  • •Knowledge of Army regulations (AR 55-355, AR 710-2, AR 735-5) and DTR 4500.9-R.
  • •Familiarity with Army systems: TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to read, interpret, and prepare Army transportation forms.
