Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of experience in U.S. payroll, including 3–5+ years leading payroll operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and statutory compliance (California experience an asset).
  • •Experience managing payroll in complex, unionized/industrial/manufacturing/mining environments.
  • •Proven experience with payroll systems and integrations, including ADP, Workday, SAP, UKG, or Oracle.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
