Key Responsibilities

  • •Playing a leading role in project delivery, including managing the interface with clients and internal stakeholders; supervising, coordinating and reviewing inputs to deliver high-quality technical outputs.
  • •Working with senior colleagues to develop business opportunities and prepare successful proposals.
  • •Manage or direct projects effectively, balancing programme, budget and quality requirements, and ensuring health and safety standards.
  • •Adopt the role of the Bristol Team Lead to provide people management to 3 team members and support recruitment and growth of the Bristol office.
  • •Providing technical guidance, training and support to junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in a relevant environmental, geographical, science or engineering discipline is essential.
  • •Chartered status with C.WEM, CEnv, CSci or CEng.
