Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope and implement best-practice business analysis methodologies to deliver client value through structured outputs, processes, and ways of working.
  • •Document As-Is processes, systems landscapes, and user journeys; identify To-Be states and perform gap analysis with stakeholders.
  • •Elicit, capture, and prioritise requirements across the project lifecycle; continue backlog management and ensure requirements capture coherence across workstreams.
  • •Manage data capture and validation, support data analysts with systems/models, analyze model outputs, and help clients use outputs for decision-making.
  • •Lead workshops and testing/assurance activities: test systems and models against requirements, perform assurance checks, and prepare written progress/reports and client communication materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a very high level UK government security clearance; the role is DV cleared only.
  • •Demonstrate consultancy and delivery experience within the National Security sector with appropriate clearances.
  • •Experience with business analysis methodologies including requirements elicitation, capture, prioritisation, and requirements management lifecycle/backlog coherence.
  • •Experience working in Agile development teams.
  • •Proficient in cloud-based solutions for data management and analysis; ability to work with technical teams to elicit and translate requirements.
