Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct factory production operations data analysis and build visualization capabilities using KPI frameworks, BI dashboards, and special analyses.
  • •Develop data analysis models and key indicator systems to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and the data visualization platform to improve analysis efficiency.
  • •Monitor and analyze operational data (production, quality, delivery), identify improvement opportunities, and provide regular reporting to management.
  • •Collaborate with business teams on data-driven continuous improvement, support data governance/standardization, and improve analysis tools and methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • •0–2 years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or operations analytics.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience using Power BI for data modeling and visualization development.
  • •Familiarity with SQL, and with Python or VBA is preferred.
