Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures for insurance pricing, including retrieval/knowledge systems, agentic workflows, and production deployment.
•Integrate AI/ML models (GLMs, LightGBM), rating engines, and portfolio data into agentic architectures for natural-language pricing interactions.
•Build and maintain LLM-powered tools for tariff analysis, pricing code generation, what-if simulations, and regulatory documentation.
•Rapidly prototype AI solutions and present them in workshops and advisory sessions with senior stakeholders.
•Collaborate with actuaries, data scientists, and AI Transformation Architects to ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives, and define AI architecture standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 50,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering).
•At least 3–5 years of practical experience designing and deploying end-to-end GenAI solutions in a professional context.
•Hands-on experience with end-to-end AI architectures, LLM-powered tools, and AI/ML model integration (e.g., GLMs, LightGBM).
•Proficiency in Python; familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling.
•Hands-on experience with Cloud Services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and LLM APIs/model providers.
