Job Summary

Own the design, implementation, automation, administration, and support of enterprise Microsoft cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Serve as a technical lead for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, Okta integrations, endpoint management, and DevOps operational processes. Improve operational efficiency by automating user lifecycle workflows, strengthening security compliance, and ensuring reliable delivery of technology services.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) including provisioning, compliance, retention, and access controls.
•Lead identity and access management across Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity, including onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
•Administer endpoint management with Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and security baselines.
•Manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, Key Vault, encryption, backup, disaster recovery) and optimize cloud resources.
•Design automation for user lifecycle and security governance using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and REST APIs; maintain systems standards and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of systems engineering or systems administration experience.
•3+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
•Experience administering Intune, Entra ID, Azure, and Okta.
•Strong PowerShell and Python automation experience.
•Ability to troubleshoot enterprise identity, access, endpoint, and collaboration platform issues.
