Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process/system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and execute merchandising/replenishment excellence
  • •Support safe store operations through strong stockroom standards and processes while moving dynamically on the retail floor
