Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced geospatial analysis to support land affairs activities, including spatial conflict identification, site selection, land use assessment, land evaluation, and decision-support reporting.
  • •Assess land-related spatial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and fitness for purpose, while improving data models and analytical methodologies to support complex land scenarios.
  • •Perform spatial analytics and geoprocessing workflows that integrate regulatory, environmental, infrastructure, and operational datasets to generate actionable insights for land decision making.
  • •Provide technical input to the design and enhancement of geospatial systems and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with land governance processes and operational needs.
  • •Assess opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to geospatial workflows in order to reduce manual effort, improve processing efficiency, and enhance analytical accuracy.
  • •Perform data integration activities that combine geospatial information with non-spatial datasets to enable advanced reporting, predictive analysis, and digital transformation use cases.
  • •Provide geospatial visualizations, dashboards, and analytical outputs that clearly communicate complex land-related information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Synthesize varied data sources into unified geospatial datasets; ensure data integrity through routine audits and quality assurance.
  • •Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations, technical briefs, and analytical reports to support strategic land-related decisions, including direct presentations to EVP.
  • •Translate complex geospatial, analytical, and AI-driven insights into concise, decision-ready materials suitable for senior and executive management audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems, Geospatial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science preferable in geospatial data, or a related discipline from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
