Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enhance ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog based on business requirements.
  • •Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow platform elements.
  • •Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow functionality and integrate with other systems.
  • •Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions, resolve issues, optimize performance, and produce technical documentation and specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science, with 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or consultant.
  • •Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
  • •Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • •ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in relevant modules.
  • •Experience integrating with REST and SOAP APIs and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
