Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain robust data pipelines for HVACR product performance, service operations, energy efficiency, and customer insights.
•Develop clean datasets and data models to improve equipment performance, fleet uptime, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
•Partner with engineering, service, product management, and field teams to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
•Implement data quality practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across telemetry, sensor data, and operational systems.
•Analyze complex datasets for trends and investigate data issues using root-cause analysis to deliver long-term fixes.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with HVACR preferred.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
•Build robust data pipelines and develop clean, reliable datasets and data models for analytics.
•Implement data quality practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across telemetry, sensor, and operational systems.
•Work effectively with teams across departments and stay curious about new technologies.
