Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the end-to-end product owner for the Workday security framework, including strategy, roadmap, governance standards, and operating model.
  • •Own and maintain Workday Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, and Prism Security.
  • •Develop, review, and optimize domain permissions across Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and related areas.
  • •Establish standards for creation, modification, review, and retirement of Workday security groups, including role-based, user-based, intersection, segment-based, and constrained security groups.
  • •Lead security governance, audits, access reviews, segregation-of-duties monitoring, compliance support, and security improvement initiatives with business and technical stakeholders.
