Job Summary

Own quality success across internal and external stakeholders for AI Data Service and Operations projects, identifying blockers and driving performance monitoring. Facilitate calibration and policy briefings, run daily audits with error analysis, and compile recurring performance reports for SMEs and management. Support training and onboarding materials, perform queue moderation, and conduct RCA escalations. Must be fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, comfortable with sensitive content exposure and ambiguous situations.

Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards and develop best-practice models for maintaining quality across projects.
•Facilitate regular calibration meetings and provide feedback on implementation and execution to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
•Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and provide feedback to respective teams; compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SMEs and management.
•Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process and identify areas for performance improvement across relevant markets.
•Support policy updates and briefings, queue moderation/knowledge quizzes, and help design and implement training plans and onboarding SOPs/materials.

Key Requirements

•Completion of Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent.
•At least 1-year QA or relevant experience in Trust and Safety/Policy/Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling in a major tech or media company.
•Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin Chinese for reviewing and assessing Mandarin-language content.
•Familiar with up-to-date News and Entertainment Content, culture, and current events.
•Familiar with machine learning and content understanding, and with labeling business logic across upstream and downstream teams.
