Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary program leader for complex, cross-functional AI initiatives across business, engineering, customers, product, and partners.
  • •Develop AI adoption methodologies, playbooks, best practices, and repeatable operating models for future AI initiatives and transformation programs.
  • •Translate leadership priorities into executable plans, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes while driving alignment and execution.
  • •Provide executive communications, status updates, recommendations, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
  • •Represent HP in strategic customer, partner, analyst, and industry engagements related to AI transformation and scaling AI pilots into enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience across AI, machine learning, software engineering, data science, digital transformation, technical consulting, strategy, or business leadership.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • •Proficiency with Python, modern AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms.
  • •Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes with executive-level impact.
