Key Responsibilities

•Undertake site surveys and analyses using innovative processes to deliver successful outcomes
•Produce and/or oversee reports, drawings and technical documentation for development, assessment and design stages
•Be client facing and respond to client requirements, nurturing and developing client relationships
•Lead on conference calls, meetings and workshops with clear communication
•Provide guidance to develop the team, promoting growth, innovation and technical excellence

Key Requirements

•Landscape Institute accredited Bachelor’s degree, Diploma and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
•Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
•Full UK driving license
•Technically competent in preparing LVIA and TVIA and evidence-base documents; experience with NISP examinations/public inquiries is preferred
•Experience of project management including financial control and reporting and programme management; ability to manage budgets
