Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide tier 3 administration and engineering support for Windows-based servers and enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows clustering, and Microsoft Exchange/unified communications.
  • •Evaluate, design, implement, and support Microsoft Windows Server environments and enterprise applications; perform trouble-shooting and incident response.
  • •Lead server and application architecture design, maintaining baseline configurations, executing configuration changes, and monitoring usage statistics and logs.
  • •Design, configure, implement, and support fiber channel networks and storage environments; support virtualization and hybrid multi-cloud systems for high availability and redundancy.
  • •Maintain security practices to monitor and remediate attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files; provide team leadership, guidance, training, and performance evaluation for less experienced administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of total experience, including 4+ years with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and 4+ years with VMware vSphere (including relevant VMware suite/VCF experience).
  • •2+ years each with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019, and Microsoft Skype for Business 2019.
  • •2+ years with Microsoft Skype for Business 2019 and 2+ years with VMware Workspace ONE.
  • •2+ years of experience with Cisco networking and familiarity with Azure Active Directory for hybrid multi-cloud support (on-prem, Azure, AWS).
  • •BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) and 8570/8140 qualification; TS/SCI clearance required and US citizenship required.
