Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to integrate security measures into project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
•Provide expert guidance on physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection.
•Prepare detailed security plans, specifications, and reports to support project delivery and client presentations.
•Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to address security concerns and ensure project alignment with industry best practices.
•Stay updated on emerging security trends, technologies, and threats to provide forward-thinking solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field; Master’s degree or PSP certification preferred.
•8+ years of experience in security consulting, with a focus on planning and design projects.
•Proven ability to integrate security solutions into multidisciplinary projects (e.g., transportation, commercial, public infrastructure).
•Strong knowledge of security standards, risk assessment methodologies, and physical security technologies.
•Proficiency in design and planning tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) and security software is an asset.
