Key Responsibilities

  • •Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across Kuwait.
  • •Negotiate with landlords, developers, and regulatory stakeholders to secure viable sites.
  • •Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • •Prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
  • •Maintain and update real estate databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the acquisitions manager on sourcing strategy and deal prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills to evaluate properties from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • •Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • •An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Kuwait.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential).
