Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all project planning and scheduling activities across the PMC, setting standards, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule covering engineering through commercial operations.
  • •Independently review and validate EPC schedules, logic, sequencing, productivity assumptions, and resource loading; assess realism and omissions.
  • •Identify, monitor, and maintain critical and near-critical paths, track float and milestone impacts, and recommend mitigation or acceleration.
  • •Develop progress measurement and analytics, support schedule risk management, and deliver executive dashboards, monthly reports, and forecast/recovery updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •12–15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on large-scale capital projects.
  • •8+ years in Lead Planner, Senior Planner, or Project Controls roles.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • •Proven experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on EPC/EPCI projects.
