Job Summary

Support product marketing for Mortgages, Ecosystems & Platform Banking, Operations, and Digital Banking across Mashreq UAE. Build 360-degree offline and digital campaign plans, execute NTB/ETB journeys end-to-end, track performance and learnings, and respond to competitor activity. Own digital marketing strategy and media planning (social, web, SEO/SEM, display, database marketing), measure KPIs, optimize funnels with Product/Technology/Digital Studio, and ensure compliance and brand-aligned messaging.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Product team and Senior Manager to build product marketing strategy by quarter, aligned to business objectives and budget.
•Develop and execute end-to-end NTB and ETB campaigns, including creative development, media planning, rollout, tracking, and optimization.
•Track campaign results, perform analysis and learnings, and develop marketing responses to competitor activities.
•Plan and execute digital marketing media plans (social media, web, SEO/SEM, display advertising, database marketing) and deliver month-on-month KPIs.
•Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Digital Studio to optimize user funnels, ensure compliance/risk adherence, and align product journey content with brand guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, managing performance (ROI) digital campaigns.
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to craft and adapt messaging across channels.
•Strong expertise in banking products marketing with a proven track record.
•Relevant experience in a global financial or technology company (or collaborating remotely with international organizations); UAE market experience is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree education level.
