Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for customer requirements, product key characteristics, and test/inspection processes.
  • •Communicate and train adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and work instructions across a manufacturing organization.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to support development projects and drive zero-defect quality and launch readiness.
  • •Lead corrective action processes using 8D, 5 Whys, A3, and lean tools, including containment and CAPA implementation for rejections and non-conforming product.
  • •Generate and manage quality documentation such as End Item Data Package (EIDP), review supplier FAI submissions and control plans, and ensure ISO/Aerospace quality system alignment.

Salary: USD 82,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years of engineering or manufacturing engineering experience in an assembly manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, TS16949).
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder, political asylee, or refugee).
