Store Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Educate consumers on products and promotions, support events, and help the store team achieve goals. Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Execute daily retail operations such as POS management, replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards while following asset protection procedures.
