Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance through external financial reporting for the APAC region and provide governance over internal financial reporting and associated systems.
  • •Own the regional financial governance model, including financial control, compliance, financial reporting, and business systems.
  • •Deliver regional budgeting and forecasting inputs, including consolidation, rigorous challenge of numbers, and regular rolling forecast submissions.
  • •Act as finance lead for APAC: develop high-performing local finance teams and support people capability, succession planning, mentoring, and training.
  • •Provide key point-of-contact support for Group Tax and Treasury, oversee finance functional aspects of global ERP-related system projects, and report regional cost visibility with performance improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Further professional finance body-related qualification and degree qualified background.
  • •Senior finance leadership experience in a complex, business-focused environment.
  • •Proven experience leading teams across multiple geographies.
  • •Strong technical competence and current knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
