Senior Risk Manager - Construction

Own end-to-end project and program risk management for large-scale construction, using quantitative cost and schedule assessments to shape contingencies and risk budgets. Maintain visibility of threat and opportunity triggers, produce timely risk reports, and integrate the risk function with program/project controls teams. Lead schedule and cost-effective risk assessment processes, support contractor risk alignment, and manage construction stage contract, claims, and dispute-related resolution support.
