Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Educate customers on products, in-store promotions, and events while supporting store goals.
•Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
•Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
•Lead by example, collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs, and follow Asset Protection policies for shortage prevention and inventory control.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 11.44 - 13.17

Key Requirements

•Be 16 years or older and possess at least O Level or above.
•Have 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
•Be fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
•Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
•Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email) and be able to operate a retail Point of Sale system.
