Job Summary

Own and scale the Compliance & Ethics program, with a focus on anti-bribery & corruption, investigations intake, conflicts of interest, and eComms surveillance. Build and govern monitoring frameworks and operational procedures, oversee investigations and whistleblower handling with Legal/HR, and drive KPI/KRI reporting to senior leadership. Lead compliance workstreams end to end and improve coverage by adopting AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and build of scalable compliance programs and controls across anti-bribery & corruption, investigations, conflicts of interest, and eComms surveillance.
•Own eComms surveillance controls and operational processes, including onboarding and integrating new tools and platforms.
•Drive eComms surveillance oversight by monitoring coverage, assessing performance, identifying gaps, and escalating material issues.
•Lead investigation intake (triage, case documentation, whistleblower handling) and coordinate with Legal and HR on escalated conduct matters.
•Lead COI monitoring and governance reporting, track KPI/KRIs, and develop and guide team members across compliance workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 214,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in compliance, surveillance operations, or legal at a financial services, fintech, or crypto firm.
•Hands-on experience with eComms surveillance platforms.
•Deep proficiency in compliance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements, applied independently and used to advise others.
•Proven ability to build and scale compliance programs in a fast-moving environment with limited structure.
•Strong written communication for case documentation, escalation reporting, and governance materials.
